The Bellagio Buffet is a great place to grab weekday and weekend brunch and breakfast, plus a nice selection of lunch dishes. If you want to eat at the Bellagio Buffet, plan on coming a little early because their buffet hours have them closing a little earlier than most.

I immediately went online when we reached home and raved about the changes on the Viejas website.With the Bellagio’s reputation for excellence, you know that this Vegas buffet is going to be filled with delicious options. Everything, from the salads, to entrees, to side dishes, to desserts have been 'made over' to taste like they come from a famous chef (perhaps they do). We enjoyed the best prime rib we've had at a casino in a long time. All new tables, chairs, and glasses/dishes/silverware have definitely spruced up the place and modernized the look. Flames from there will be cozy next Winter now that Summer is here (?) it's been turned off but still looks mighty good. All the partitions are now gone, opening up a huge space instead of many small 'areas.' The fireplace has been left, but is now open on all four sides, making a huge floor-to-ceiling square. The improvements are spectacular.both to the decor and food. My husband and I visited there yesterday. The 'new and improved' Harvest Buffet is now open at Viejas Casino.
